Kronos - Workforce Central, Workforce Attendance, Workforce Attestation, Workforce Leave (Time Off and FMLA), Enterprise Archive. Proven functional and technical background, with at least three years experience in SAP implementation and supporting functionality within SAP modules. Completed a minimum of two SAP full lifecycle implementations. Advanced knowledge of SAP Enterprise Core Component (ECC) configuration. Provide a ticketing system to allow Clark County to log tickets and track progress. Be able to quickly understand Clark Countys SAP operational landscape (SLD). Ability to create robust operational support documentation for future reference and maintainability. Have good SAP project management skills and experience following Best Practices. Knowledgeable of touch points related to OM, PA, BN, TM, PY, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Material Management, Purchasing, Funds/Grants Management, Project Systems, Fixed Assets, Controlling, Portfolio and Project Management, and OpenText VIM/ICC. Knowledge of configuring SAP Workflow. Bring best practice approaches for County Team to consider in a variety of areas including transport, testing, design, prototyping, training, defining support procedures, etc. Ability to troubleshoot issues, including the ability to conduct related research and work with the County Team to raise SAP/UKG Customer messages, as needed. Experience with writing blueprint documents, configuration documents, and related customer documentation to be used for future reference. Experience with writing and performing test scripts relevant to functional changes made within modules for SAP and integrated systems. An i n-depth understanding of both the Time and Payroll schemas. Knowledge of how to interface data to and from SAP. An in-depth understanding of LMS configuration. Strong LMS reporting skills. An in-depth understanding of SAP Infotypes and how they affect payroll. An understanding of how Owners HR and Payroll systems are configured and how to quickly troubleshoot issues. Ability to quickly decipher and understand custom code. Knowledge required to debug system related issues. Public sector experience, preferably in a municipal government environment. Ability to work with limited direction. Strong teamwork and customer support focus. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to handle numerous conflicting priorities in a professional manner. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Understand Best Practice approaches for County Teams to consider in a variety of areas including transport, testing, design, prototyping, training, defining support requirements and procedures, etc. Experience writing related customer documentation to be used for future reference. Experience developing and conducting user acceptance testing and end user training sessions. Ability to cross train and transfer knowledge to County support teams. Ability to effectively collaborate and engage with all team members. Ability to plan and organize work and responsibilities. Good facilitation skills. Excellent ability to understand and express complex topics. Skills to create and manage detailed project plans and budgets with prior experience at the strategic and tactical / implementation levels. Strong management skills, to include resource allocation and planning skills with software development projects. Demonstrated ability to quickly comprehend project scope and business requirements. Propose and develop solutions which conform to industry Best Practices.
