In this position, the applicant will help with the development and maintenance of Intermodal Terminal Operating System applications along with associated Backend, Frontend, and Mobile apps. Additionally, as a contractor in the Information Technology Department, the successful candidate will translate user requirements into the overall architecture and implement new capabilities alongside the right monitoring and systems management supporting Client Corporations Intermodal initiative. Daily work may additionally involve interactions with software vendors and integration partners. Qualifications & Experience 8+ years of development experience in one or more of the following: Java, ExtJS, Ionic, Angular and SQL. Familiar with Github as well as change and configuration management best practices In-depth knowledge of relational databases (especially DB2), SQL Server, or other relational database, and SQL development.
