We have an opening in our CRM Service Line for a Solution Architect Service Cloud who can help in desgin and Architech CRM Service Cloud projects across different clients. Responsibilities Design, Build and support highly optimal technology solutions built on Salesforce.com (native and custom) that support business requirements. Evaluate, develop, deploy, and support any 3rd party app exchange applications. Lead the full application architecture process including translating business requirements into functional solutions. Define and adhere to CRM best practices and methodologies. Maintain experienced knowledge of integrations coming in and out of Salesforce.com. Collaborate with and mentor team members through mentoring, code review, and knowledge sharing. KPIs: Best Practice followed. CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) Qualifications Minimum 8-10 years of experience Job Description: SFDC Technical Solution Architect (Service Cloud): 12-18 years IT industry total experience, with Minimum 9 years specifically in hands-on Salesforce.com architecting/solutioning, and development (coding) in Apex and Visualforce and Lightning, and Experience in Data Modeling specific to Salesforce Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; Service cloud certifications is a plus. Hand on Experience cloud, Experience cloud site builder on case management, knowledge management Good experience on setting up omnichannel and live chat etc Good understanding of data security and external site security Knows communities licenses type and can guide customer on licenses. Must have worked in minimum of 3 implementation project end to end. Candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Apex/Visualforce and Lightning coding, and in Salesforce administration, configuration and customization, including reports and dashboards Experience in large Salesforce implementations (of not less than 10,000 users), and of having done Technical Solutioning evaluating Configuration vs Coding, and making the best choices for Customization.including working on Aura framework, and creating Lightning components/LWC Should have very good communication and should be able to connect with various stake holders and able to work on getting all the requirements. This Role will have substantial Architecting/Solutioning responsibility.
