Additionally, youll be instrumental in other various project activities such as additional business analysis, documentation, and performing some testing as related to data or integrations. As a key contributor to the State of Maine Workday implementation, it is imperative that you establish high quality standards and lead by example. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor, support, and research data quality and cleanup efforts Conducting Root Cause Analysis on Data Issues, facilitating comprehensive solutions - Data Validation - Ticket Management (JIRA) - Gather, analyze, document, validate and communicate business requirements effectively- General project documentation (i.e. meeting notes, drafting proposals) - General support through testing phases: researching issues, providing guidance on defect resolution - Other Project Support tasks as identified. Top 3 Skills: 1 or more years' experience with Workday HCM and/or Payroll Expert with Excel Ability to synthesize multiple sources of data/information and compile into a cohesive presentation.
