In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of QNXT and Medicaid to ensure our benefit plans are accurately and efficiently configured. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement complex benefit configurations in QNXT, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations. Analyze benefit plan requirements and translate them into actionable configurations within QNXT. Possess in-depth knowledge of Medicaid, with a strong focus on Florida's specific program requirements. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and clarify benefit plan details. Maintain and update existing QNXT configurations to reflect changes in benefit plans and regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues within QNXT. Stay up-to-date on the latest QNXT features and functionalities, as well as any changes to Medicaid regulations. Top Skills: 10+ years of experience as a Senior Analyst or Architect specializing in QNXT Benefits configurations. Proven ability to translate benefit plan designs into technical configurations within QNXT. Extensive knowledge of Medicaid, particularly the Florida Medicaid program. Bonus Skills: Demonstrated experience taking a benefit matrix and single-handedly designing the corresponding benefit configuration within QNXT.
