You will analyze data and clearly communicate findings and collaborate with stakeholders and interact with cross functional teams to bring new experiences to life for our Customers. The successful candidate will help lead measurement implementations across cross-functional teams as they plan, build and launch world-class experiences. You will help translate raw data into actionable insights and better experiences for our customers. Your deep knowledge of measurement solutions will help to determine the best approaches for implementations that best meet business needs. Extracts data points based on requirements while working with Development and Operations Teams to fulfill product reporting from launch Leads the development and implementation of advanced reports and dashboard solutions to support business objectives Analyzes data and clearly communicates findings to stakeholders Collaborates with stakeholders on reports and dashboards What were looking for You are good with numbers and you love to dig into data to find the story. Crafting reports and dashboards is a fun afternoon for you. Youre able to translate numbers into compelling stories-and tailor your presentation and recommendations to the audiences function and level to meet their needs. You are detail-oriented and know how to be passionate about what really matters. You have a knack for understanding and visualizing just the right way to share data and practical insights so that people can understand. You enjoy aligning various work streams to ensure the same vision and goal is achieved. Youll need to have: Bachelors degree in Math, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, a related field or four or more years work experience. Four or more years of relevant work experience. Experience with Adobe Analytics or related platform (ex. Google Analytics), or experience with tagging implementation. Ability to write SQL queries and scripts using relational databases like Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server and pulling data from Hadoop/HIVE SQL/EDW data warehouses. Data visualization skills and hands-on experience using Tableau and/or Qlik with SQL skills. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Masters degree or PhD in Math, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Experience developing general reporting, KPIs, metrics, and attributes. Strong verbal and written communication and storytelling skills. Strong problem solving, analytical, and research capabilities. Experience managing time-bound project deliverables for multiple stakeholders. Coding experience (e.g. Python, Java, C/C++).
