Job Qualification (Required Experience and Skills) Completed at least 2 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects Minimum 3 years of HCM experience (Cloud & Non-cloud combined experience) Should have hands on experience with at least 2 of these HCM modules: o Core HR o Benefits o Payroll o Absence management Experience with supporting the business users on the core functionality Experience in supporting the self-service users Configure, document and test the applications as per business requirement. Provide functional guidance to technical team. Work closely with the technical team to debug the production issues Experience with quarterly patch update testing and rollout Analyze and resolve technical queries during project execution. Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills. Should be willing to learn new functionalities and technologies.
