Ability to provide rigorousanddetailed descriptions of problemsandfeatures to product developersandmanagers,andto update descriptions, status,andinformation in a well-organized manner. Experienced in technical requirement gathering, designing solutionandguiding implementation team during testingand deployment phase. Experience with Database (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).
