Service Now Developer Houston, TX(Hybrid) Local Looking for people that are in Houston that can do the following. Years of Service Now exp. as it relates to the required skills 5+ years of broad Service Now experience including: ITSM Service Portal Discovery CMDB What it their ITIL experience - doesn't need to be expert, but need to have knowledge so they want to know what the depth is. As a member of the IT Service Delivery team, the ServiceNow Developer will work in a team setting to deliver IT focused ServiceNow solutions. The Developer will manage incident tickets, work on enhancements, build/modify catalog items and workflows Job Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide best practice advice on ServiceNow solutions Ability to communicate and build relationships with all levels of an organization including both technical and non-technical audiences Build new and support existing catalog items and workflows Drive automation of common activities, and integrate with common platforms via IntegrationHub or with APIs Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Client Scripts Demo builds to customers Develop, validate and execute comprehensive test plans.
