Role : Lead SAP WM (Warehouse Management) Analyst Location : Marietta, GA (local preferred) Work Arrangement : Hybrid , Job Description: Job Specific Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of analysts to deliver high-quality support services for SAP Warehouse Management, specifically focusing on Inbound and Outbound processes. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues within SAP WM related to Inbound and Outbound functionalities, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify improvement opportunities within Inbound and Outbound processes. Drive a customer-centric support mindset within the team, focusing on meeting and exceeding customer expectations in both Inbound and Outbound operations. Continuously learn and stay updated with emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to provide innovative solutions and enhance system performance. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in information technology, or related field. 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Warehouse Management with a strong focus on both Inbound and Outbound processes. Proven track record in a technical lead or mentorship role within an SAP WM environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards success in warehouse management support.
