Position : Senior ERP Project Manager With NetSuite Location: Remote Travel Required Type of hire: Contract Job Description: Position Overview: This position is responsible for administration of the Netsuite environments, enabling business solutions in support of the Development and Equipment Solutions, Accounting, and Finance teams. Essential Functions System Configuration and Customization: Customize forms, fields, workflows, and records to meet the organization's unique business requirements. Configure and maintain dashboards and reports to provide relevant insights to users. Integration Management: Oversee the integration of NetSuite with other systems and applications, including Netsuite plugins, and Suite Commerce Advance sites. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Supervise and contribute expertise to development projects: Participate in building requirements and planning for customizations involving scripting, and ETL tools. Manage testing and release of customizations using sandboxes and project tools. Collaboration with Business Technology and Business Teams: Collaborate with IT teams to address technical issues and infrastructure requirements. Work with business teams to understand evolving business needs and implement corresponding NetSuite solutions. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve system issues, errors, and performance concerns. Provide timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system optimization and automation. Stay updated on NetSuite's best practices and industry trends to suggest improvements and maintain contacts at NetSuites annual conference. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on NetSuite functionalities and best practices. Offer ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries, issues, and providing solutions. System Upgrades and Patch Management: Stay informed about NetSuite updates, releases, and patches, and evaluate releases for impacts to users. Plan and execute bi-annual system upgrades while minimizing disruptions to users. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes. Document and communicate changes and updates to relevant stakeholders. User Management: Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts as needed. Manage roles, permissions, and access levels to ensure security and compliance. Education, Experience and Skills: Bachelors degree required. Minimum of 5 to 7 years of Oracle Netsuite administration experience. Prefer experience supporting commercial. sites built on Suite Commerce Advance. Experience supporting supply chain logistics, with a focus on wholesale distribution and drop-ship. Strong understanding of business operation (Finance, Accounting, and other teams that leverage NetSuite) Experience managing vendor relationships. Experience in industry standards and directions in bringing value to the business through technology.
