Position: Systems Analyst and Administrator Server Team Location: Lawrenceville, GA (This position is 100% onsite from day 1. Candidate needs to work from a client location in Lawrenceville, GA. Please note Police will contact the candidate directly during the process which can take up to 2 weeks to complete. Project Description: This is a critical position within the Server Organization. This position will handle Enterprise Systems administration. This position will work closely with the infrastructure Team, external areas, key customers and other IT teams as well. This position may also be responsible for managing projects. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field and three years of professional level systems administration and/or systems experience; or an equivalent combination of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting local and wide area networks in a medium to large technical environment. Background Check Preferred Experience: 3+ years of experience managing and configuring server hardware Operational knowledge of Exchange Online and Microsoft O365 Operational knowledge of Microsoft operating systems Functional knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022, Exchange Server, windows applications Knowledge and understanding building, maintaining, and monitoring Windows servers. Operational and functional knowledge with HP server hardware and VMWare Virtual Servers Knowledge and understanding of Vulnerabilities and Remediation in the Windows Server Operating System Responsibilities: Microsoft Server security, critical updates and vulnerability patching Server hardware build and configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting Server virtualization conversion Server inventory tracking, reconciliation, and surplus management Active Directory administration, account, and security group management Exchange Server administration, mailbox, and email group management Azure Administration and management Analyses development and implementation requirements and makes appropriate modifications to existing systems and prepares specifications based on customer requests Performs needs assessment and recommends or develops system improvements and prepares related documentation. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills Availability Requirements: Monday Friday (8AM-5PM); No overtime.
