You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build new services, data models, and applications, ensuring operational efficiency at scale. Your expertise in Salesforce APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integration will be essential in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will participate in product reviews, team meetings, and industry learning activities to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies. Responsibilities: Design and architect scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements. Collaborate with engineers, product designers, and product managers to brainstorm ideas and implement full-stack solutions. Participate in product reviews to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to understand the impact of code and its relevance. Strive to embrace best practices and continuously improve development processes. Automate processes wherever feasible to enhance productivity and efficiency. Utilize your expertise in Object-Oriented programming and Java to develop robust applications. Demonstrate proficiency in database concepts and SQL, along with experience in non-relational data stores. Leverage AWS services for application development and deployment. Conduct interviews and programming tests as part of the hiring process. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical issues. Requirements: 14+ years of experience developing on CRM platforms like Salesforce (Apex, LWC, and API). Proficiency in Salesforce APEX, LWC, and API integration. Strong understanding of JavaScript, SQL, and Object-Oriented programming. Familiarity with database concepts and experience working with relational and non-relational data stores. Working knowledge of AWS services. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and automation. Salesforce certifications are preferred. Bachelors degree in computer science or related field preferred but not required. Thanks!
