Title: Project Manager Duration: Long Term Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid) Interview:- Immediate Job Description: The Project Manager for this position will embody a crucial role within our Information Technology (IT) department, overseeing integral components of highly intricate and high-visibility projects and program initiatives. Employing meticulous adherence to project management methodologies and governance processes, this role ensures the timely delivery of work products within specified budgets. Responsibilities: Experience with general IT SDLC processes. Experience with implementing Infrastructure and Operations projects. Experience with mediating business units that may have conflicting requirements. Experience with preparing and presenting executive level project communications, project tracking and stakeholder management. Ability to create and maintain several project artifacts including Project Timeline, Risk & Issue Log, Communication Plan, Stakeholder Register etc. Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues. Responsible for project scope delivery adhering to and optimizing schedule, costs, and resources. Projects, partners, and third-party deliverables. Acts as the counterpart for vendors program leader to ensure customer satisfaction and be the escalation point for service delivery activities. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be a creative thinker to solve issues. Must be hands-on-project manager for multiple projects.
