Job: Java Loyalty Lead Developer Location: San Jose, CA (Remote) Duration: Long Term Contract 10+ Years and passport Number is must for Submission. Job Description : Candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of how a loyalty system works. Has a very good hands-on experience in any Java based loyalty implementation - either in-house or out of market. Has helped any clients in driving in the right direction in choosing , designing, and implementing a loyalty system. Has any experience in analyzing and understanding of existing loyalty implementation. Has knowledge, can think/recommend from Martech perspective , such as non-transactional marketing events. Looking for SME & Tech Lead who will only focus on evaluation. Tech lead / Candidate will closely work with the current project team. Tech lead will work as an individual contributor and will not be involved in any other activity like development/ enhancement Once evaluation is complete, tech lead will be involved in leading the implementation. Required Skills: Good Knowledge in the Loyalty systems and Implementations(any of both inhouse built or market) The candidate must have hands on experience in Java and Spring Boot microservices.
