Must have Lead BA skills, more project experience than usual for someone to take on a Lead BA role. We are looking for a confident leader, able to handle a lot of stress, with experience in leading a team of resources on a delivery. Accountable and responsible for communication to and from their BA team, scheduling their deadlines and holding the BAs to them, setting up a process on the project that will identify inter-dependencies between the software application changes being elicited from several different BAs. Must be assertive with strong customer service skills Business Analyst to support external customers on the delivery of enterprise systems and integration. You will be working with external customers to develop the scope and requirements in order for successful system implementation. In addition, you will be responsible for creating new documentation and editing existing material.
