Key Requirements: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). ServiceNow certification or equivalent experience. Administrator level experience in ServiceNow. Experience in the Industries Deep knowledge of the SPM platform, tools, and capabilities. Proven experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, with a focus on SPM. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams. Ability to work with global teams to achieve significant initiatives. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English. Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. Minimum Qualifications: 6+ year s of experience in administrating/developing the ServiceNow Platform 3+ years of experience in developing ServiceNow products, including core SPM. Strong knowledge and experience with Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Certification in SPM is must.
