Pharma exp related to combination of 3 areas: Regulatory, Safety, MA, PV, Marketing Work you will do: We are seeking a Project/Program Manager to contribute to our growing biotech client working on the implementation of a REMS program. The Project Manager will become an extension of the client team to drive implementation to successful completion. Our client is working in partnership with another pharmaceutical company, and so this role will be overseeing the coordination of efforts and managing the program with this collaboration as a component. What you will do: In this role, you will work closely with the client REMS vendor, IT, Marketing, Pharmacovigilance, Safety, Regulatory and Medical Affairs, as well as the collaborating pharma. You will have the following job responsibilities: Developing and communicating the project objectives and maintain alignment with the business strategy. Providing leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle and confer with project staff to outline work plan. Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks. Establishing work plans, budgets and resource requirements for project activities, iterations or phases. Review project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available departmental resources to various project phases. Review/approve work plan of external service provider or consultancy contracted to execute project. Implement project communication plan. Conduct risk assessment and mitigation. Monitor project activities, ensuring the currency, quality, and integrity of the information, while providing consistency in content and "look and feel ". Understands industry-specific trends that impact the organization; Clearly articulates benefits in business language; Accurately measures the contribution of IT projects to business value Providing Accurate Project Effort Estimates: Manages ambiguity and creates accurate project effort estimates; Accurately quantifies project-specific risks through the development lifecycle Communications and Change Leadership: Guides team decision making; Provides business partners with an accurate view of challenges Business Relationship Management: Adjusts customer expectations in accordance with changes in scope; Effectively navigates conflict between multiple business partners; Tailors business partner engagement to business sponsor risk and value preferences Design Team Relationship Management: Creates a vision of project success that drives team engagement; Shares best practices and process and environmental knowledge Must Haves IT Project and/or Program Management with demonstrated knowledge of Waterfall and Agile REMS program experience highly valued/sought, or deep pharma knowledge spanning regulatory, safety, PV, Marketing, Commercial, MA required Expertise at risk mitigation Ability to manage project plans, competing priorities, vendors and internal stakeholders Experience working with local and global teams Preferred - PMP Certification Successfully drive complex projects to completion Experience managing product implementations, migrations, and integrations IT Project Management in diverse roles with increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs. |
