Perform migrations of newly developed and modified reports between and within the Development, Quality Assurance (QUAL), and Production environments. Project duplication and new project setup Configure project packages Support report scheduling including, but not limited to: Calendars, Destinations, Formats, Events, Report Bursting Troubleshooting failed scheduled reports and escalating to TRP internal resources as needed to remediate. Outcome & Benefits: This role allows TechOps to meet SLA's for GBS development teams who are deploying solutions to the primary BI platforms.
