Job Title: Cloud Solution Engineer Job Type: Contract Job Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite) Job Description: 'EC2 Instance Management: Build, deploy, configure, and monitor EC2 instances to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any EC2-related issues. Implement best practices for EC2 instance lifecycle management . Define and manage hardware profiles within EC2. Entra ID Integration: Architect and implement seamless integration between AWS and Entra ID . Configure single sign-on (SSO) and identity federation for cross-cloud authentication . Collaborate with Entra ID administrators to synchronize user accounts and groups. Linux Support: Provide expert-level support for Linux-based systems . Troubleshoot Linux-related issues, including performance, security, networking, and compatibility . Optimize Linux workloads for efficiency and reliability. Networking Expertise: Design, configure, and troubleshoot network components within AWS and Azure environments . Ensure seamless communication between cloud resources and on-premises networks . Implement security measures and network segmentation. Zscaler Knowledge: Familiarity with Zscaler, a cloud-native security platform. Understand Zscalers role in securing internet traffic and remote access. Collaborate with network security teams to integrate Zscaler into the cloud architecture. Technical Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and troubleshooting procedures . Train internal teams on EC2 management, Azure integration, Linux best practices, networking concepts, and Zscaler implementation . AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification . Proficiency in managing EC2 instances, including provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting . Experience with Azure AD, SSO, and identity federation . Strong Linux background with hands-on experience in administration and troubleshooting . Networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls . Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile methodologies .
