Defines functional requirements based on business needs, produces, and maintains detailed technical documentation, and provides user support on technical issues. Provides project plans, and weekly and monthly status reports. Directs the completion of tasks within project estimated time frames and project budget constraints. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is the top-level contributor/specialist. Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant discipline. Minimum 6 years of SharePoint management experience (SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online); and minimum of 3 years working in an agile software development environment. Demonstrated experience leading a team transitioning an agency or customer from on-premise or cloud-based SharePoint to Microsoft 365 or other software platform.
