Responsibilities: Manage all aspect of projects throughout the lifecycle o Project planning: schedule, resources, budget, scope o Monitoring and Controlling project execution, Progress Reporting (KPIs), Exception Handling and KPIs o Ensure project deliverables and checkpoints are produced, reviewed and approved according to LS&Cos Portfolio and Financial Governance Process Manage team of cross functional project team members to deliver technical scope o Coordinate functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into solutions for multiple cross-functional uses cases o Develop detailed scope plan and track delivery thereof, define what success means o Report on project status and progress of deliverables, anticipate roadblocks and develop mitigation and action plans to resolve risks and issues. o Plan and manage deployments Technical Product Skills Requirements Deep knowledge in SAP Analytics Solutions SAP BI/BW, Data Sphere, SAC Proficient knowledge in SAP Operational and Integration Solutions S/4HANA, BTP Proficient understanding in SAP Business processes within SAP like PTP, OTC, DTC and FICO Knowledge and experience in UI/UX is nice to have Experience in next gen tools using AI/ML, SAP Signavio etc is nice to have Communication and Leadership Experience: Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with cross team s with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management, clients, peers and team members. Directly manage relationships with business stakeholders, including internal and external application owners, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.
