Role: Java Lead Location: Cary, NC - Onsite Duration: 6+ Months Contract Skills: Java, Spring, Hibernate, Node.js, React.js Requirements and skills: Hands-on experience with software development and system administration Understanding of strategic IT solutions Knowledge of selected coding languages (Java, Spring, Hibernate, Node.js, React.js,) Working knowledge of Redis Cache, Kafka, Container technologies etc. Familiarity with various databases (Relational -- Oracle, MySQL, No SQL, Mongo) Familiarity with data technologies and platform. Experience in cloud technologies (Azure) Experience working in an Agile Team environment. Excellent communication skills. Problem-solving aptitude. Must be able to work independently and produce elegant, easily maintainable code Assist with solving technical problems when they arise Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions Good to have: Plan and design the structure of a technology solution Communicate system requirements to software development teams Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members.
