A valid/current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI. At least ten (10) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible IT Project Manager experience applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least five (5) years of work experience leading and managing the initiation, planning, design, development, enhancement, modification and support of large projects for the State of California. At least one (1) year experience managing projects using the California Department of Technology (CDT) Project Management Framework (PMF). At least one (1) year performing project management for at least one (1) State of California reportable IT Project subject to the CDT, IT Project Oversight Framework as defined in SAM Section 4819.37 within the last five (5) years Performed project management for at least one (1) project using principles of Agile software development At least three (3) years of the ten (10) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible IT Project Manager experience applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools' listed above must have been in a lead capacity, with a project duration greater than one (1) year and a budget exceeding $15 million in implementation cost.
