Job Title : Service Now Developer/Admin (SAMP/IRM) Location: 100% Remote But need Local to Philadelphia , PA Candidates Only Duration: 6+ Months Contract JOB DESCRIPTION About the job You will be responsible for ServiceNow technical design, code, and architecture, and working with key business units to build solutions and processes, support maintenance, continual service improvement, and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow Developer/Admin responsibilities include: Optimizing existing and developing new service catalog offerings and associated flows with a focus on continual improvement and automation. Supporting SAMP, Service Catalog, Asset, IRM, Discovery and Service Mapping modules and functions Leveraging Flow Designer to further mature the service catalog and migrate away from workflows. Providing technical guidance on existing workflows for streamlining and improved efficiencies. Identifying inefficiencies to implement areas of automation. Participating in ServiceNow upgrades, including testing via the use of an Automated Test Framework. Supporting the design of custom catalog items, working with business partners for implementation. Will be responsible for core system configuration as well as day-to-day user requests and incidents. Drafting and documenting test plans for a technical and business user audience Required experience includes: 3- 5 years of direct experience as a ServiceNow Admin/Developer or ServiceNow Application Owner. ServiceNow System Admin Certification is a must. Must have extensive knowledge and experience with ServiceNow. Experience configuring core ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Asset, SAMP, IRM, Discovery, Service Mapping. Hands-on experience in Service Catalog/Service Portal modules. Experience with Advanced scripting, Performance Analytics, Reporting and other use case areas. Knowledge and experience with the ServiceNow app engine and process for developing and supporting custom applications. Experience with Flow designer, Workspaces and UI Designer. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certifications are a plus. ITIL Certification is highly desirable.
