/ TSM Functional Architect

2+ years experience as a
Solution Architect or 3+ years experience as a CSM Implementation
Specialist

CSM Certified Implementation
Specialist

Familiar with TSM, TSOM, OMT
& TMF protocols (Telecommunications framework)

Able to present and speak
effectively about ServiceNow platform architecture.

Familiar with ServiceNow best
practices

Able to build and present
CSM/TSM functional architecture flow diagrams for the ServiceNow Platform
