Role : Sr. Oracle Developer with Retail Merchandising System Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid) Duration : 12+ months Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Developer with over 10 years of experience with Oracle Retail Modules, specifically RMS (Retail Merchandising System), MFP (Merchandise Financial Planning), RPM (Retail Pricing Management) and RESA (Retail Sales Audit) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Retail Modules, along with expertise in Blue Yonder Allocation Implementation. As a Sr. Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions to support our retail merchandising and Inventory Management systems. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Oracle Retail Systems. Strong working experience with Oracle Retail Modules, particularly RMS / MFCS, MFP, RPM and RESA. Experience in installing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Retail Applications, specifically RMS. Proficiency in Oracle development tools and languages, including SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Pro*C and Reports. Extensive experience with Unix Shell Scripting for automation and system integration. Advanced Programming skills in modern languages e.g., Java, C, C++ etc Advanced Scripting skills in modern languages e.g., Javascript, Python etc Full-stack development experience, with a focus on backend technologies such as PL/SQL and Programming skills in Java. Must have experience with Blue Yonder Allocation Application. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Retail Certification(s). Experience with other BY/JDA Modules such as Demand Fulfillment, Space Planning and Floor Planning. Experience with other Oracle Retail Systems, such as Point-of-Service (POS) or Inventory Management. Knowledge of retail industry standards and best practices.
