Position: IAM Architect / IAM Analyst/Engineer III (100% Remote) Location: 100% Remote (Dallas, TX) Duration: 12 months Job Description . We are on the lookout for a dedicated IAM Analyst/Engineer III to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) department. This role will server a variety of functions including employing sophisticated IAM tools as well as handling day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge in IAM solutions, a passion for cybersecurity, and a drive to contribute to our expanding IAM operations. Responsibilities: Participate as an analyst/administrator across a comprehensive list of IAM solutions, including SailPoint IdentityIQ, CyberArk Privilege Cloud, CyberArk Remote Access, CyberArk Identity, and CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management, to ensure robust user access security and governance. Work collaboratively with IT and business units to refine IAM policies and improve adoption, ensuring efficient and secure user access provisioning and de-provisioning using these platforms. Conduct thorough audits of IAM systems to verify compliance with internal policies and external regulations, utilizing the extensive capabilities of our IAM tools. Address and resolve IAM-related issues, providing professional support and leveraging your in-depth knowledge of SailPoint, CyberArk Privilege Cloud, CyberArk Remote Access, CyberArk Identity, and/or CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management. Maintain up-to-date documentation of IAM policies, procedures, and system architectures, focusing on operational excellence and continuous improvement. Monitor IAM systems for potential security threats, employing advanced tools and techniques to rapidly mitigate risks. Participate in the evaluation and adoption of new IAM technologies to enhance our security posture and operational efficiency. Mentor team members, nurturing a culture of learning and excellence as our IAM department continues to grow. Remain abreast of the latest security trends and advancements in IAM technology, ensuring our team is well-positioned to address emerging challenges. Proficiency in server administration across various platforms enriches your contributions to both IAM management and broader IT security operations Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, with preferred certifications in CISSP, CISM, SailPoint, or CyberArk. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM, with experience in IGA platforms (SailPoint or other) and CyberArk products Knowledge of cloud identity services and scripting for automation is advantageous. Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Experience in server administration is a plus, contributing to a broader understanding of IT security and operations.
