Key Technical Skills: 10 + years of .NET experience. Expertise in .NET Core and C# Experience with Microsoft-based rules engines, this is the key to this role. Strong understanding of coding applications for business logic Familiarity with Agile methodologies Expertise with SQL code and relational databases Experience with version control systems, such as Git Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement applications using .NET Core and C# according to business requirements Work with Microsoft-based rules engines to automate business processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements, and translate them into functional applications Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders Teamwork and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Problem-solving skills to tackle challenges creatively and effectively Adaptability to rapidly changing technologies and environments Attention to detail and a commitment to quality Required Certifications/Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred) Certifications in .NET, C#, or related technologies (advantageous) Thanks, and Regards Akash Mandal | Technical Recruiter Email | trooBell Technologies LLC.
