Asset management client onboarding experience is preferred, and so is prior experience working in partnership with legal teams. Years Experience: 4-6 Years (preferably closer to 6) Description: Coordinate external manager onboarding, including, among other things, Working with internal and external Legal, and business teams to ensure appropriate authorizations and legal amendments have been put in place with the managers to allow for trading and instructions, Maintaining detailed project plans and status updates on all transitioning external managers, Working directly with the managers to field requests and coordinate any requirements that need internal input Project manage certain work streams associated with the overall transaction close, including people transition. This will involve running internal work stream calls, preparing project plan(s), identifying key dependences and working with internal teams to identify and escalate risks and issues.
