The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex ERP projects, as well as a deep understanding of Oracle E-Business ERP functionality. Duties: Lead and manage the project team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure Develop and manage the project plan, ensuring that all project tasks are completed on time and within budget Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including the project team, the customer, and the vendor Manage risks and issues throughout the project, and develop mitigation plans as needed Ensure that the project meets the customer's requirements and expectations Manage the project budget and track costs closely Approve all project changes and ensure that they are implemented in a timely and efficient manner Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders Document all project activities and deliverables Close out the project and ensure that all lessons learned are captured Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementations Proven experience in Oracle E-Business ERP Cloud Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementations PMP Certification from PMI Experience with other ERP systems, such as CGI, Oracle, SAP, etc. Experience with cloud-based ERP systems Experience with Agile project management methodology Experience with change management Education: Bachelor s Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other related discipline.
