Conduct a comprehensive analysis of business needs and regulatory requirements, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to recommend innovative solutions to address business challenges and achieve strategic objectives. Leverage extensive experience in the insurance domain to provide subject matter expertise and insights to cross-functional teams. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes impacting the insurance landscape, and assess their implications on business operations. Evaluate existing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for optimization, automation, and efficiency gains. Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement streamlined processes and procedures that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Analyze data related to insurance claims, policies, premiums, and other relevant metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. Develop and deliver insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Lead and/or contribute to cross-functional project teams, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of business analysis activities within established timelines and budget constraints. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions that meet business requirements and objectives. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CBAP) preferred. 10-14 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of success in the insurance domain. In-depth knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, claims management, regulatory compliance, and industry standards. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, requirements management tools, and project management methodologies. Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives from conception to implementation. Adaptability and a willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
