The Data Science and ML team member develop innovative data science models and machine learning algorithms to drive digital product experience and sales growth for SGWS. This role will be focused on developing and deploying personalization and recommendation, search, experimentation, and marketing AI solutions. Required Skills - Graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, or other equivalent quantitative fields 7+ years of work experience in Machine Learning, AI and Data Science with a proven track record to drive innovation and business impacts Strong machine learning, deep learning, and AI modeling expertise, such as neural networks, reinforcement learning, causal inference modeling, NLP, and computer vision Strong knowledge and experience with big data platforms (AWS, Azure, Spark) and ML/AI languages and tools (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch) Experience in deploying machine learning algorithms and advanced modeling solutions Experience in developing large scale ML and AI infrastructure and system Job Duties - Develop innovative data science solutions that utilize the state-of-art machine learning algorithms and AI models to support digital product, sales and marketing initiatives. Identify data science opportunities that deliver business value. Develop ML/AI roadmap and educate both internal and external stakeholders at all levels to drive implementation and measurement. Provide thought leadership to enable scalable ML/AI applications. Manage projects priorities and ensure timely delivery. Develop and evangelize best practices for scoping, building, validating, deploying, and monitoring ML/AI products. Prepare and present ML modeling results and analytical insights that help drive the business to senior leadership.
