Principal Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute on comprehensive change management strategies that include communication, training, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and reinforcement plans. Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of change management efforts. Develop clear, concise, and compelling communication materials to inform and/or train employees about upcoming changes, the rationale behind them, and the benefits. Conduct readiness (organization, sponsor and change) and change impact assessments and utilize the results to build strategic change readiness plans Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and utilize the results to build engagement strategies and plans in partnership with Communications, Technical Training and Leadership Development Enable a transfer of knowledge and a feedback loop for employees and leaders experiencing change Confidently deliver and facilitate inclusive discussions.
