[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Job Title: Senior Program Manager Location: San Antonio, TX Essential Skills: Expertise in leading large Automation programs/initiatives/efforts Experience with establishing programs and leading them end to end while scaling for growth Experience (typically) of managing multiple teams Experience building relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations Experience communicating with data to drive change; ability to find commonalities in GenAI initiatives across the organization, identify opportunities to optimize and innovate across the organization, ability to build a common strategy Develops strong partnerships with product owners, architects, and development leads to transform Business objectives into an execution strategy Ability to assess program risks across multiple product teams and report impact to the customers strategic objectives Accountable for zero-tolerance adherence to Scrum processes (Standups, Release plan, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retros) Expertise in Scrum/Agile methodologies, and strong experience/understanding of Scrum/Agile at Scale (SAFe).
