This role involves leading the implementation and continuous improvement of the cloud HCM application to enhance business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing end to end Cloud HCM process flows and the ability to translate business needs into technological solutions as per industry best practices. Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Experience as Oracle Core HR, Talent Management Lead Required 8 Years Experience in Fusion HCM modules Suite such as Workforce Compensation, Health and Safety, HR Helpdesk Required 8 Years Experience in all phases of End-to-End Implementations, support, and Upgrades Required 8 Years Experience in leading the designing, building, and implementing enhancements to HR Processes and structure Required 8 Years Experience in Connecting Oracle HCM to 3rd Party solutions via native integrations, Extracts and Middleware Required 8 Years Experience in setting up HCM Role Security and uploading Registration Certificates Required 8 Years Experience in Redwood Design of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and transition from classic UI to Redwood UI Required 5 Years Experience in Oracle Visual Builder, OIC, Process Automation Required 5 Years Experience in OCI Desired 5 Years Keywords: user interface Virginia Oracle Cloud HCM Lead || Richmond-VA Hybrid- Need Locals ONSITE Interview [email protected] |
