Minimum 2-3 years of experience working Adobe Target and good understanding of Adobe experience Cloud technologies. Experience in A/B testing and site personalization efforts. Development skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Data layers. Adobe Target Certification is highly preferred. Ability to prioritize and work in a very fast-paced environment. Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams like product owners, technologies teams, and marketing partners.
