Strong experience in creating written documentation including update job aids, templates, forms, flow diagrams and presentation decks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating. Ability to plan in a rapidly changing environment and to provide guidance for changes as required. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the demonstrated ability to simplify and briefly, succinctly communicate complex issues to multiple audiences. Exceptional knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management principles and practices. QUALIFICATIONS The candidate should have 10 years of overall IT experience with emphasis on technology project management. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience creating procedure documentation such as job aids, templates, forms, flow diagrams and presentation decks. The candidate must be proficient in written communication tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst; strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology .
