They want someone with restaurant or retail experience (it can be at any point in their career, even back in college) They will be responsible for doing heavy documentation. Must be dynamic and able to work is demanding and hectic environment. Ideally has experience with customer service type of environment like quick service restaurant, sit down dining restaurants, cruise line or any industry where they are serving clients.
