As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions to meet our development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the development of large-scale, complex projects in the healthcare domain, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Architect and design innovative and scalable software solutions, leveraging your advanced programming experience within the .NET framework and your understanding of microservices-oriented architecture and extensible REST APIs. Utilize your expertise in database management systems (Oracle PL/SQL, MS PL/SQL) and database user interface and query software (Transact-SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, Toad) to optimize data management processes. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the development process and drive innovation. Conduct architecture assessments and propose strategic initiatives to improve system performance, scalability, and security. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience leading large, complex software development projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery. 8+ years of experience as a team lead, with demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Advanced programming experience within the .NET framework, including C#, Visual Studio, TFS, SQL Server, WCF, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, LINQ, SOAP, and REST. In-depth understanding of microservices-oriented architecture and extensible REST APIs. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Proficiency in web platform development software such as Microsoft ASP.NET Core 8.0, MVC, AngularJS, Angular, and Azure DevOps. Healthcare domain experience is a must, with expertise in FHIR API and EPIC systems considered advantageous. Experience with source control systems such as Git, Github, and TFS.
