Role : RPA Business Analyst Location :: Paramus, NJ (on-site) $56/C2C (per hour max) 6+ Month Contract , , , Job Description: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field from an accredited institution. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on process automation and RPA Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design methodologies. Proficiency in UiPath Studio, including experience with process mapping, workflow design, and automation configuration. Experience with RPA implementation methodologies, including process assessment, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. Experience with establishing an RPA Governance process including intake, assessment and identification of use cases. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and identify automation opportunities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
