The ideal candidate must have experience in developing a detailed cutover plan for implementing a complex cloud ERP solution. Essential Requirements and Responsibilities : Develop and maintain a comprehensive cutover plan outlining all activities, dependencies, and timelines leading up to and during the cutover period for Oracle ERP implementation involving Financials and Supply Chain Modules. Coordinate with project managers, functional and technical teams, business stakeholders, and edge system teams to ensure alignment and buy-in for the cutover plan. Identify potential risks and issues related to the cutover process and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to business operations. Continuously monitor and assess risks throughout the cutover period, implementing corrective actions as needed. Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, necessary for the cutover activities. Ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities during the cutover period. Lead the execution of cutover activities according to the predetermined plan and schedule Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to users and stakeholders following the cutover to address any issues or concerns that arise. Conduct post-cutover reviews to evaluate the success of the cutover process Maintain detailed documentation of cutover activities, including plans, schedules, and post-cutover reviews. Prepare and distribute status reports to project stakeholders, providing updates on cutover progress, issues, and resolutions.
