Experienced with low level analytics tools such as Windows Performance Toolkit, Windbg, process monitor, driver verifier and enterprise diagnostic tools Experience working with cross-functional teams to identify performance requirements, define performance testing strategies, and implement performance improvements. Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages like Power, Python, or batch scripting to automate performance testing, data collection, and analysis tasks. Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving performance issues in complex, distributed systems. Prior experience in a senior or lead role, with the ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance. Deliver informative, well-organized demonstrations and data analysis. Provide support for ad-hoc analysis requests.
