Experience with multiple project implementations of similar scope. Proficiency in the system development life cycle, including design, development, and testing of system objects to meet business requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Desired: Experience with Chart of Accounts Design and General Ledger analysis. Knowledge of Project Capital and Projects analysis. Familiarity with Accounts Payable, Employee Expenses, Procurement system integration, and Fixed Assets analysis. Understanding of Accounts Receivable and Billing processes. Responsibilities: Collaborate with project team members to conduct analysis phase for transitioning to Oracle Cloud ERP. Inventory agency-based financial systems and identify new/updated business functional needs. Perform fit/gap analysis between functional needs and Oracle Cloud ERP solution components. Develop To-Be business process charts and conduct Change Impact Assessment. Contribute to the implementation phase approach, schedule, and cost estimate documents. Produce Financial Global Design for future financial system. Provide subject matter expertise in respective functional areas and participate in system development life cycle activities.
