The person in this position will perform and/or coordinate day-to-day activities to meet departmental/project objectives. carry out root/cause analysis on more complex problems as part of Tier-3 support, and design, develop, and implement new solutions. This positions scope of responsibilities will include project, minor demand management, and Tier-3 production incident management.
