This individual must have experience within call center/contact center environments and have several years creating and implementing dashboards in ServiceNow. Typical Responsibilities Include Aide service management team in optimizing processes and integration of processes regarding reporting management Identify enhancement opportunities for configuration and administration efficiencies Effectively answer the "how to" technical and application questions as it relates to configuration of ServiceNow for Reporting Management Provide knowledge transfer and product mentoring to Service Management Reporting team Translating business requirements into technical requirements Build dashboards and create training for dashboards implementations Develop and support organizational change strategies within the ServiceNow implementation and processes for Reporting Management Advice Service Management Reporting Team on standard out of the box capabilities that require development to include the level of effort required.
