Preferred Requirements: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification(s). Functional experience with PeopleSoft HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, and/or Payroll. Project Team experience utilizing Agile Methodologies SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum: Years Skills/Experience 3+ Experienced in gathering and documenting requirements and user stories in Agile environment 5+ Strong SQL skills, ability to write and execute advanced SQL in both Oracle and SQL Server 5+ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel 10+ Working in Information Technology Preferred: Years Skills/Experience Ability to manage a Scrum or Kanban team Experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops preferred Experience in having worked on prior implementations/conversions from a legacy system.
