Develop and modify TCC integration scripts, understanding complex requirements and defining technical solutions. 2. Take ownership of assigned work, demonstrating accountability and ensuring timely delivery. 3. Provide support to clients on Oracle Taleo Connect Client (TCC), ensuring smooth functioning of scheduled batch processes on Linux servers and resolving encountered errors. 4. Develop and modify existing script jobs to meet evolving requirements and maintain efficient system operations. 5. Work independently while effectively synchronizing with the team to maintain project coherence and progress. 6. Utilize expertise in Oracle Taleo Connect Client, including knowledge of Net change, import and export scripts, XSL transformation, TCC custom steps, and complex projections. 7. Exposure to Oracle Taleo Enterprise Recruiting and Onboarding modules, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of Taleo functionalities. 8. Develop TCC integrations using TCC tool, understanding subqueries, filters, and complex projections for optimized system performance. 9. Experience in batch scripting, capable of developing and modifying existing batch scripts to fulfil project requirements. 10. Ability to handle large CSV files for export and import integrations, utilizing advanced text editors for data substitution, manipulation, and formatting. 11. Demonstrate excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. 12. Expertise in webservices and OBI reporting, contributing to comprehensive system functionalities and reporting capabilities.
