Job Title: Endpoint Engineer Endpoint Engineer for an 8 to 12 moth contract to hire opportunity in King of Prussia PA. Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday Duration: 8 to 12 months with the possibility of being hired based on performance Job Description: The Endpoint Modernization Engineer will work closely with the Solutions team, to support the successful rollout and implementation of endpoint modernization projects. This role will focus on Windows 11 migration and Autopilot/Intune migration/deployment The successful candidate will be responsible for providing engineering support, troubleshooting, and assistance with ongoing project development. Key Responsibilities: Ensure successful integration and management of devices, including physical, virtual (VDI), and cloud-based environments. Work with company policies and help manage the company portal, ensuring policies are effectively implemented and adhered to. Collaborate with the team on future device imaging strategies and processes, including returning devices to image with Win11. Provide guidance on VDI user migration and support, ensuring an efficient and smooth transition. Participate in the engineering and development of SCCM for Win11 application workstream, contributing to the ongoing progress and success of the project. Qualifications: Strong experience with Windows 10/11 deployment and management, including Autopilot and Intune. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as Cloud PKI and their integration into modern endpoint environments. Experience with SCCM application workstreams and other related technologies. Familiarity with VDI and other virtual environments and migration processes. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively with a diverse team. Demonstrated ability to adapt and evolve within a fast-paced project environment.
