Title : Salesforce Architect Location: Newark, CA Day1 onsite looking for locals only Experience : 10+ Years Job requirement : Relevant experience of minimum 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Have experience in conducting workshops/consulting engagements in a complex environment Have ability to influence decision making and steer the conversation to get outcomes desired out of Consulting workshops Have experiencing in documenting User Stories, Functional Requirement Document Understanding key SFDC architectural concepts and how they influence design. Conduct research into client's use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements Propose high level solutions and recommending improvements Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project Provide guidance on user stories and elicit user stories based on the interviews and discussions. Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story, Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications, Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with Salesforce SMEs, Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce, Collaborative project and workstream planning. Deep experience with Service Cloud, Field Service, Community, Platform Cloud (application design, architecture and development using Salesforce.com) Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC (for example, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders, etc.) Strong technical foundation including, Advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, etc., understanding of RDMS concepts and structures, structured system analysis and design methods, etc. Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of SFDC CRM software solutions. Scope, plan and estimate implementation projects. Have experience working with distributed teams and collaborate with team members to work in a cohesive way.
